Delivering Value - Jersey Mike's Subs Frisco & Plano

Value is usually equated with price; but, really isn't the entire experience a value proposition? Coupons and deep discounts not managed properly do not develop a loyal customer base for any business, let alone a Sub Shop. Instead, it creates the mind set, I only eat that category when I find an offer that is appealing price wise. 

At Jersey Mike's in Frisco & Plano, our goal is to create a value proposition  that combines food, customer service, physical environment and comfort.  How do we attack this issue: 

First, our menu offers a selection for everyone, including Kid's & Senior's, Northeastern transplants, Health conscious, and everyone else in between.  Moreover, you will never go away hungry from Jersey Mike's Subs, we deliver a big sub packed with the highest quality ingredients.

Secondly, our team members are dressed and groomed appropriately, not only greet you, but, identify that you are "alive", able to express themselves to you, and will process your order efficiently in a timely manner all with a smile. 

Third, our stores are impeccably clean and maintained to the highest standards, you see your meat come from the meatcase, sprinkled with fresh ripe veggies, wrapped in clean butcher paper and delivered to you with a smile

Fourth, our clean, fresh store environment with music playing at a low level and TV's with closed captioning on the latest sports and news, creates a soothing environment to relax and enjoy your subs. 

Lastly, you are a guest in our shop and we appreciate you making a conscious decision to come to Jersey Mike's Frisco/Plano, we will treat you the way we were taught by our Grandmother's and Mother's. We make every effort to ask about your meal and take time to "thank you" one last time for coming to join us. 

Value, that is how we define it at Jersey Mike's Frisco & Plano, it is about an experience, whether you are a Mom with kids in tow or a business person in search of a quick lunch alternative, we welcome you to our shop. 

Want more? Mom's we have stickers and cookies for the kids, with more fun things on the way. Business people we offer magnets with our phone number remind you to call ahead, your order will be waiting for you, and by the way we can cater the next meeting. 

Giving back to the community is a topic for another day, but is a big part of our value to the community.

Occasionally, we do utilize coupons to drive traffic to our stores for the first time, to try "Mike's Way", or as a reminder that we have not seen you for a while, or just to say "thanks & come on in today".
