Though we are in Texas, our friends North of the Red River know a good sub when they taste it, check out the James gang who came by on the way to the big game a couple of weeks ago!

Kelly & I worked the Plano Chamber's Information booth yesterday at the Plano Balloon Festival, it was great fun.......thinking Jersey Mike's might make its presence known next year!
