Hey everyone, sorry I have not posted....been crazy, crazy with a one huge hurdle before opening that consumed my time 24/7 for 4 days.....fixed minutes before we opened on Wednesday!

Updates will follow this weekend with pics and comments.....let's just say it has been AWESOME!

Food arrives this morning, orientation went well yesterday, some great young people will be in our crew, more training this afternoon, tomorrow fire up the bread oven & grill! Woo Hoo!
